Our story
More than ten years alongside the Piaggio Group
SODIV is a limited liability company founded in September 2012 and based in Charguia 1, Tunis. Its core business is the distribution of two-wheelers from the Piaggio Group brands: Vespa, Aprilia and Piaggio.
The partnership with Piaggio Group began in 2012 with the distribution of Piaggio Ape TM light commercial vehicles. In 2014, SODIV broadened its portfolio by adding AUSA, a manufacturer of dumpers and municipal vehicles.
In 2022, the company expanded into the two-wheeler sector with the Vespa and Aprilia ranges, then in 2025 introduced a selection of models from the premium range made in Italy.
SODIV has been a member of UTICA since 2013 and of the Tunisian-Italian Chamber of Commerce since 2023.

Our financing partners
Since it was founded, SODIV has sought financing solutions for its customers. Our partnership with UBCI, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, offers consumer credit to employees and retirees. SODIV also maintains close relationships with leasing companies to support businesses.
