True to its roots

The iconic design of the V7 Special shows in the chrome passenger grab handle, the polished spokes and black rims, the headlight with its chrome surround and the DRLs that trace the silhouette of the Moto Guzzi eagle. The 21-litre tank, the largest in its class, frames the V engine, while the short rear mudguard and exhaust end caps refine the line. The cooling fins machined into the cylinder heads and the ignition key bearing the logo reflect the brand's attention to detail.

The Moto Guzzi heart

The engine is the inimitable air-cooled 90° transverse V-twin with shaft drive. Euro 5+ compliant, with a displacement of 853 cc, it delivers 67.3 hp at 6,900 rpm and 79 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm, giving its best at low and mid revs while keeping the distinctive sound typical of Moto Guzzi.

Electronics and comfort

The multi-map Ride-by-Wire throttle and the switchable MGCT (Moto Guzzi Traction Control) work with the ROAD and RAIN riding modes to provide assistance in all conditions. ABS ensures braking control and cruise control adds comfort on long journeys. Full LED lighting with DRL and digital instrumentation.

Instrumentation

The fully digital LCD instrumentation provides all the essential information, including the riding mode and the speed set by the cruise control, all operated from the handlebar controls. The DRL traces the stylised silhouette of the eagle, the Moto Guzzi emblem.
